Hey! I’m Sera
My mates call me BOZZA

Your dating coach and the founder of SIDESWIPED

Dating coaching and events for those looking for connection, in all forms.

From world-turning love, to summer flings, to steamy one night stands. I’m here to help you find what you're looking for.

PS. The apps know a good match when they see one too!

I am the Tinder Australia dating expert (2024).

I was on the panel series for the School of Swipe™ launch, chatted all things safety for the Photo + ID verification launch, led Tinder AU’s Dating Sunday (Swipe Sunday) campaign and shared profile and conversation tips to help swiping Aussies stand out during the busiest dating season of the year! My tips “Bozza’s bite-sized tips” ran in-app, on Tinder AU Instagram and across Aussie media.

Philosophy

Get equipped with the tools you need to stay upright in a world of left + right swipes.

I offer a no-BS approach to dating. Because dating is full of it already.

I take…

  • A science-backed approach. Drawing upon evidence-based coaching and the International Coaching Federation (ICF) framework to ensure your insight is certified and personalised, so you can hit the ground (and town) running.

  • A playful approach! The key to ending your time spent single is to enjoy your dating life! You’ll get better results and stories because of it. I want you to spend more time out there and less time on calls with me.

  • A stand against the cringey, salesy dating coaching stigma. I offer a relatable and credible perspective. I may even have a couple 'THEY SAID WHAT?!' stories up my sleeve, too.

 Values

  • Sharing generously.

I’ve been there. Now I’m sharing what I’ve learnt with techniques that actually work; so that you can do and be better in your next relationship (whatever you want that to look like).

    Making it fun.

The key to dating is to love being single. Yep. Turns out, loving your life is irresistible. So let’s get you there.

    Always improving.

I’m a lifelong learner. I do all the hard work (and degrees, upskilling and supervision), so you can enjoy the dating experience, red flag free.

  • Blind optimism.

I’ll offer techniques to mitigate risk as much as possible, but it is very likely you will get hurt finding love. But if you seek coaching in those down times, that’s when the magic happens.

    Vomit worthy dating rules.

“Patented” dating rules are painful enough to write, and read, let alone follow. Let’s get you following your gut and intuition more, and needing coaching less.

    Misrepresenting you.

I will not provide word-for-word scripts so you come across infinitely smoother in chat, and ultimately disappoint all your dates in real life. And I’m not sorry about it.

Why me?

can relate. where you are now; i’ve been there, done that. more times than i’d like to admit.

I became the dating coach I wish I had when I started swiping. Now it’s time to share it with you.

Earth-shattering, catatonic heartbreak?

Ohhh baby, I’ve been there.

Set up a profile when you’re not even sure who you are anymore?

Done that too.

Been slow-faded then realised there was a term for it?! A dating dictionary?

Ditto!

Yet despite it all…

Dated, danced, and been ballsy enough to live my best single life?

Damn Straight.

I learnt how to escape the swipe-grind, the hard way, so you don’t have to.

You get the fun way. Thank me later.

In 2014, I downloaded my first dating app. Since then, I’ve used dating apps on multiple continents and have flown to other countries for dates. I even found life-changing love on Tinder (of all places).

I’ve also deleted and re-downloaded the apps, more times than I can count. And showed up to dates when my dates did not. Or sometimes they did, but on Acid.
